Community CarePlus, the predecessor to Mercy CarePlus, first hired Callaway & Company to conduct research to determine how the Medicaid HMO could increase its enrollment. The results impacted not only the company’s messaging, but created some operational efficiencies. Then, when Community CarePlus merged with another Medicaid HMO and became Mercy CarePlus, the Callaway & Company team developed new branding, a new logo, new messaging, website and all the supporting collateral. Callaway & Company also helped launch the new brand to the company’s employees.
