International Marketing Summit
When it was time to host the company’s first international marketing summit, Build-A-Bear
Workshop hired Callaway Zuccarello to facilitate and help plan the two-day event. The summit provided Build-A-Bear Workshop a focused venue to share new marketing concepts with international franchisees, gather their feedback and then brainstorm new ideas for international marketing campaigns.

To insure that best practices were collected for future brainstorms and campaigns, Callaway worked with Build-A-Bear Workshop to pull together a post-mortem report, complete with meeting notes, feedback from franchisees and opportunities for improvement, which was then shared with the U.S. team.
